MIAMI FL–Littler has announced that four new attorneys have joined its Miami office. Littler is the largest employment and labor practice in the world representing management. Philip Marchion, D. Porpoise Evans and Emily Selig joined the firm as associates and counsel this month.
Marchion is a highly experienced litigator, and he has been advising on traditional labor relations and employment law for nearly 20 years.
Evans advises both public and private employers on a wide range of employment law issues, including wage and hours compliance, discrimination, breach of contract and workplace safety.
Pena represents both public and private employers on a variety of issues, including discrimination, leave, disability accommodations, wage and hours compliance, and whistleblowing.
Selig joins Littler from Franczek P.C.
