Kathumbi will be based in the Columbus, Ohio, and Lexington, Kentucky offices. Kathumbi will succeed Kevin Griffith, who will continue his practice and responsibilities in the firm’s Whistleblowing, Compliance and Investigations Practice Group. Littler has more than 1,700 employment and labor lawyers worldwide. Littler offers counseling and representation for companies in all areas of labor and employment law.
Kathumbi will continue to be a trusted business advisor, leading recruitment efforts, community partnerships, and leading business strategy for the offices. She will also represent employers in employment and benefits litigation, from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. Kathumbi, a trusted business advisor will continue to conduct high-stakes investigations in the workplace and offer training and advice on evolving labor and employment laws issues.
