NASHVILLE (TN) — Bradley Arant Boult LLP welcomes Maddie Spearman as an associate to its Real Estate Practice Group and Long Term Care and Senior Housing Team.
Ms. Spearman, based in Nashville, works with clients to sell and acquire senior living facilities. She has extensive experience in drafting purchase and sales agreements, performing due diligence and preparing and finalizing close documents. She regularly advises her clients on regulatory issues, such as obtaining and maintaining licenses, initiating ownership changes, and complying with applicable federal and state laws. Ms. Spearman also has experience in advising clients who are nonprofit organizations on issues unique to them, such as applications for tax exemption status, tax exempt bond financing, and corporate formation and governance.
