Herman’s appointment is timed to coincide with Malkin Law celebrating its 10th anniversary. This marks a decade of excellence providing legal services for the beverage and cannabis industry.
Herman brings to Malkin Law a wealth industry and legal experience. Herman will be expanding the firm’s involvement in TTB and State investigations, as well as trade practices and regulatory advice.
