CLEVELAND, OH-McGlinchey Stafford is happy to announce Richard Sykora’s appointment as an associate in the Financial Services Litigation group of the firm’s Cleveland office.
Richard is a champion for banks and mortgage loan servicers in complex real-estate actions. He also advocates for alleged violations of federal and state statutes and asset recovery.
Since 2014, Richard has been representing financial institutions since he received his J.D. The University of Akron School of Law. Richard did internships at the Orange County District Attorney while in law school.
Richard is responsible for matters that fall under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, and other state UDAAP legislations, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Acts Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Acts (TILA), and Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. He is licensed in Ohio.
