NASHVILLE (TN)–McGlinchey Stafford announces the addition of Will Wojcik to its Nashville office as a Partner.
Will has joined McGlinchey’s Enterprise Litigation and Investigations Group. He has experience in construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, contract disputes, zoning issues, and advice on corporate, governance, tax, and transactional matters. Will was most recently with Kay Griffin PLLC. He has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending cases in state, administrative, federal and court of appeals courts. Will has also tried many jury and non-jury trials in Tennessee. Will’s unique experience includes collegiate entities and First Amendment issues.
