NASHVILLE (TN)–McGlinchey Stafford has appointed Shaun Ramey as co-chair of its national Financial Services Litigation practice group. McGlinchey is a recognized industry leader and the go-to firm for FSL matters for more than forty years. Shaun has represented hundreds of financial service providers nationwide in litigation matters for nearly 25 years.

Shaun has decades of experience as a trusted advisor and trial lawyer. He represents financial service providers, banks, mortgage loan servicers and auto finance companies. Additionally, he advises clients on litigation and transactional matters in all other industries, including publishing, shipping, music, and insurance. Shaun joined McGlinchey as a licensed attorney in Alabama, Florida and Tennessee in 2018. Shaun is one of the 10 members of the Policy Committee and helps to shape the firm’s long-term strategic growth plans.

FSL is McGlinchey’s largest practice group, with 65 lawyers spanning 15 of McGlinchey’s 17 offices in 11 States and Washington, DC, who are licensed in 25 other states.
