Brad Barback was appointed Of Counsel by McGlinchey 2023 after joining as an Associate in 2020.
Lauren Baudot will join McGlinchey’s Enterprise Litigation and Investigations Group as Of Counsel, in March 2023.
In 2019, Timothy Byrd was appointed Associate at McGlinchey’s New Orleans office.
Kerry Cummings was appointed Of Counsel by McGlinchey in 2023. He joined the Financial Services Litigation group of McGlinchey in 2014 as a Senior Associate.
Kathryn Davis, formerly known as Kasey Davis, joined McGlinchey’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in 2021 and was promoted to Of Counsel in 2023.
Stefanie Deka Stefanie was appointed Associate in the Financial Services Litigation group at McGlinchey in 2016. She briefly left McGlinchey to work for the government but returned and was appointed Of Counsel in 2023.
Brian Fink joined McGlinchey in 2015 as Of Counsel, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in regulatory matters.
Chase Stoecker was appointed Of Counsel by McGlinchey in 2022 after joining as an Associate.
