MIAMI FLORIDA–Shraybman Law PLLC was founded in 2017 by Jessica Shraybman. It acquired Boston IP firm Chubb IP Law founded by Diane M. Chubb, Esq. In 2005. This move will help Shraybman Law continue its rapid growth in the last six years, and it will strengthen its intellectual property practice to serve its diverse clientele of artists, entrepreneurs and tech companies as well as small businesses. Shraybman Law has also expanded its geographic and licensing scope by adding the states of Florida Massachusetts and California.
Chubb Law clients will have access to a wider range of legal services, including general counsel, business strategy, contract drafting, negotiation, dispute resolution and more, under the Shraybman umbrella. Chubb Law will become the managing partner for trademarks and copyrights at Shraybman Law, focusing on expanding its IP practice.
