MIAMI FL — Two Miami boutique law firms Concepcion Disputes PLLC and Global Tax Law PLLC are merging to expand to Madrid, Spain. This will create a bridge between Florida and Europe for clients who have business and tax requirements.

Concepcion Global PLLC will be a new entity that serves multijurisdictional companies and high-net worth clients with interests in Europe and the Americas. The firm is the first Florida boutique to have an office in Spain and operate on an international distributed model.

The firm’s new Madrid office will be opened on October 26 by Carlos F. Concepcion & Christine A. Concepcion. Miami’s office will remain 201 S. Biscayne Boulevard.
