This practice was created within the firm’s White Collar Regulatory Defense & Investigations Practice. It provides focused resources to businesses for navigating institutional culture issues.

MVA’s Civil Rights & Racial Equity Assessments Practice consists of attorneys who are experienced in conducting internal and privileged civil rights and racial equality assessments. This includes single-event investigations, enterprise-wide reviews, and non-profit institutions, as well government entities. They guide clients through sensitive issues and business environments, and help them to make progress in respect of DEI.
