Jason represents corporate policyholders in coverage litigation and counsels corporate policyholders on developing successful strategies to resolve their complex insurance coverage disputes. Prior to Blank Rome, he served as counsel in the Insurance Recovery practice group at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg, LLP.
Jason serves as lead counsel in lawsuits before state and federal courts and arbitration panels, representing clients in complex insurance coverage, contract, and commercial lease disputes—with a focus on creative, cost-effective strategies to resolve disputes before litigation ensues.
