Ms. Wagner is a veteran litigator with nearly twenty years of experience. She is an expert in nursing home abuse cases, having served as lead attorney in more than 100 nursing home cases throughout her career. Prior to joining Baggett Law, Ms. Wagner served as the regional lead nursing home lawyer for Morgan & Morgan’s Jacksonville office.

A Florida-native, Ms. Wagner spent several years practicing law in North Carolina after completing her education at Wake Forest University before returning to Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2000 and continued her education at Wake Forest University School of Law, where she graduated in the top third of her class in 2004.
