Pamela Bach, the former Baywatch actress and ex-wife of David Hasselhoff, has tragically passed away at the age of 62.

According to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s office, Bach died by suicide at her home in the Hollywood Hills on March 5, 2025. Her death has sent shockwaves through her family, friends, and fans.

A Storied Career and Personal Life

Bach, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, began her acting career in the 1970s and quickly gained recognition for her roles in several popular TV shows. She starred in the soap opera The Young and the Restless and appeared on Cheers, T.J. Hooker, Superboy, Viper, and The Fall Guy.

Her most notable role, however, came when she joined her then-husband David Hasselhoff on the hit lifeguard drama Baywatch. The two first met on the set of the TV series Knight Rider in 1985, and their relationship blossomed into marriage in 1989.

Bach and Hasselhoff were married for 17 years before their divorce in 2006. They shared two daughters, Taylor, 34, and Hayley Amber Hasselhoff, 32.
