LEXINGTON, KY—Kathryn Eckert has joined Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Lexington office as a partner in its Environmental Practice Group and Energy Industry Team.
Eckert’s practice focuses on energy and public utilities law with an emphasis on regulatory and permitting compliance, practicing primarily before the Kentucky Electric Generation and Transmission Siting Board and the Kentucky Public Service Commission. She also has extensive experience with general litigation, representing clients with complex legal issues in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.
