Stemmler as a shareholder in the firm’s growing Nashville office, joining Polsinelli’s Investment Funds, Joint Ventures & Alternative Investment Strategies Practice Group in the Business Department. With more than 15 years of experience across the investment funds spectrum, alternative investments and the startup ecosystem, both in-house and in private practice, Stemmler is an experienced business attorney who focuses on client-centric strategies.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Stemmler served as Head of Legal and Compliance at a VC fund manager and operator of an accelerator for early-stage companies in crypto/digital assets. Prior to his in-house role, he was a partner in private practice focusing on fund formation and regulatory compliance in the investment funds space.
