Joining Polsinelli from a boutique firm, but each coming with years of experience at their prior Am Law 50 firms, Albert Diaz-Silveira and Cristina Quintero are two seasoned corporate attorneys and have joined the firm’s Corporate M&A Practice Group to anchor and build out the practice in South Florida.
With over two decades of experience, Diaz-Silveira’s cross-border law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and a diverse array of other corporate transactions.
Quintero is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising clients on general corporate matters and transformative transactions.
