ATLANTA (GA)–Eversheds is pleased to announce the addition of Rachel Reid as a partner in its Atlanta office. She will be practicing as part of Eversheds’ Corporate and Insurance Practice Groups. Ms. Reid, a business-oriented lawyer with in-house experience including nearly a decade as chief privacy officer, will provide support to clients in the areas of data security and privacy, corporate governance and risk management, operations and complex commercial transactions.
Reid has a legal career that includes leading high-growth businesses through complex regulatory environments, acquisitions and providing guidance to senior executives in large global public companies. This includes members of the C-Suite, the Board of Directors and other senior executives.
