Reno Municipal Court issued Administrative Order 2022-02 on September 29, 2022. It states that “if someone wishes to have more records sealed in Reno Municipal Court, he or she may, instead, file a petition in each matter and ask for sealing all of them as long as they satisfy the requirements under NRS.179.245(l),(f), et cetera.” This order takes effect immediately.
