The Reno Municipal Court issued the Administrative Order (AO 2023-01) on January 1, 2023. This order relates to court rules regarding traffic citations. This order is compatible with the changes made in AB 116 during the 2021 legislative session.
Attached to the order is Exhibit A, which lists the applicable rules, including the Reno Municipal Court rules 14.1-14.4. These rules cover traffic offenses, traffic resolutions, civil infraction resolutions and demerit points reductions.
