Ropes & Gray has advised Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets sector, representing its clients in securing a $1.9 billion equity investment in EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure (“EdgeCore”). EdgeCore is recognized as a leading developer, owner, and operator of scalable hyperscale data centers across the United States. This investment will support the ongoing development and growth of EdgeCore’s data center platform.
