BOSTON (MA)–David A. Michel of Sherin and Lodgen LLP, a Boston law firm, spoke at the Federal Bar Association’s webinar on “Working with and Challenge Expert Witnesses” on November 29, 2015. Michel and other panelists discussed legal standards for admissible experts testimony, practical tips on working with a scientist in science-based cases, as well as strategies to why, when and how you can challenge an opposing expert’s opinions.
Michel is currently the Deputy Chair of the FBA’s Labor and Employment Law Section and a member of the Board of the Younger Lawyers Division, as the 1st circuit representative. Michel is a partner in the Litigation Department of the firm. He assists clients with complex disputes involving real estate, employment, and business.
