The State Bar of Nevada Board of Governors approved revisions to the creed of professionalism and civility on June 21, 2023. The updated creed can be found on the website of the Nevada State Bar, along with a PDF.
The creed, which was adopted in January 2023 and widely distributed online, in print and at live events, has been a popular document since then. The board revised the creed based on the feedback from judges and attorneys. It reflects the core principles of professionalism and civility.
