IRVINE (CA)–McGlinchey-Stafford is proud to announce attorney Steven Christianson was recognized by the American Bar Association for his outstanding pro bono work. He has earned a spot on the prestigious ABA Commission on Immigration Pro Bono Honor Roll 2023. Steven Christianson’s commitment and dedication to helping those in need is evident in this award.
Steven was recognized for his outstanding work in a complex and challenging asylum case. IJP paired Steven up with a mentor who was an experienced immigration lawyer to help him through the administrative law asylum process. The administrative law judge granted asylum to Steven’s former client as a result of his experience and persistence. This case shows the importance of pro bono and how it can change the lives of those who are underserved.
