Supreme Court of Ohio considers if a drug dealer can be tried for corrupt activity in county where others sold drugs

The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday, May 14th, heard four oral arguments, including one asking if a defendant’s involvement in a gang justifies holding their trial in a different county from where they were arrested for gang-related activities.
