Supreme Court of Ohio considers if parental rights depend on whether same-sex couple was married

The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday, April 22nd, heard four oral arguments, including one asking if Ohio statutes barring common-law marriages apply to same-sex couples who couldn’t marry prior to 2015.
