Supreme Court of Ohio considers if police officers can be crime victims under Marsy’s Law

The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday, February 11th, heard four oral arguments, including one asking if law enforcement officers constitute “victims” under Marsy’s Law and, thus, benefit from its additional rights and protections.
