Supreme Court of Ohio considers if separate trials should be conducted for man charged with raping four children

The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday, May 13th, heard four oral arguments, including one asking if a trial court erred by trying a man jointly for multiple sexual offenses committed years apart.
