MIAMI FLORIDA–With an unprecedented amount of activity in South Florida’s residential and commercial real estate markets Thomas F. Nealon has been named Director of the University of Miami Law School’s Master of Laws in Real Property Development. Nealon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of this post-graduate program that assists law graduates and professionals interested in advancing their knowledge in real estate.

The UMRPD Advisory Board has also expanded with the addition of the following real estate professionals: Rocio Buetta, Partner, Managing Director, Newland Capital Group, Carolina Herrera Vice President, Land Acquisition, Lennar Homes, and Hugo Arza Partner, Holland & Knight.

The growth of the UMRPD program coincides with that of the advisory board. This program was recently recognized by the LL.M. program for real estate law. The program is open to both students and professionals from around the world.
