Kristen Chic focuses her practice on complex business litigation, contract disputes and employment/ERISA issues. She has represented many of the world’s largest retailers, title insurers, contractors, fiduciaries, and other parties in highly contested matters. Ms. Chic is an expert in all aspects of litigation. She assists clients with dispositive motion practice. Ms. Chic earned her law degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and her undergraduate degree at the University of California, San Diego. She also spent a semester at Peking University.
Anna Gecht represents all types of businesses in appeals and trial courts across the country. She is experienced in all areas of legal disputes. She has resolved cases involving shareholder disputes, breach-of-contract claims, breaching fiduciary duty claims and real estate transactions. Ms. Gecht earned her law degree cum-laude at CSU College of Law, and her undergraduate degree cum-laude at The Ohio State University.
Max Huber is a civil litigator who focuses on toxic tort, product liability and medical malpractice defense. Huber represents Fortune 500 companies and closely held corporations in matters that involve general and commercial litigation as well as civil rights and consumer protection. He also handles matters involving personal injury and wrongful death. Huber earned his law degree at Saint Louis University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University.
Ross Kowalski helps clients secure, protect, license, and enforce patents, trademarks and copyrights. He has extensive experience in reviewing, negotiating and revising license agreements as well as writing infringement and freedom-to-opera opinions. He has worked with many companies, including those in the telecommunications, manufacturing and consumer goods industries. He received his law degree from The University of Akron School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Ohio Northern University in electrical engineering.
Andrea Lowe is a specialist in complex civil litigation matters, including product liability, mass tort, commercial business disputes and employment. Ms. Lowe earned her law degree at Southern University Law Center, and her undergraduate degree cum-laude from Southern Illinois University.
As a Tucker Ellis Health & Life Sciences Group member, Nathan Nasrallah represents clients on complex civil litigation issues. He is familiar with all aspects of litigation and has handled a wide range of cases including pharmaceutical and medical device liability, commercial litigation, white collar crimes and government regulations. He received his law degree magnacum laude at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree summacum laude at Capital University.
Giuseppe Pappalardo, a trial lawyer, represents medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in individual cases, multidistrict litigation and class actions. Mr. Pappalardo is also part of a Tucker Ellis team, which serves as national counsel for personal injury litigation for two Fortune 300 businesses. He earned his law degree magnacum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and his undergraduate degree at Marquette University.
Hannah Smith is a litigator who specializes in white collar criminal defense, business litigation and real estate litigation. Clients, corporate and individual, are protected in cases involving fraud, corruption, tax issues, RICO, and violations of housing laws. Ms. Smith devotes a portion of her practice to land-use and zoning to obtain approvals for clients and engages in related litigation. Ms. Smith earned her law degree cum-laude from CSU College of Law, and her undergraduate degree at Yale University.
