Varghese Sommersett received a special award on Thursday, August 17 at a luncheon held at River Ranch Stockyards. Hundreds of business leaders gathered from the greater Fort Worth area to honor the best employers in their city.

Varghese Summersett is one of 45 companies that were selected for their “remarkable policies, practices and employee-centered philosophy”. Each company went through a thorough registration and surveying process which included anonymous surveys by Workforce Research Group.
The employees were asked questions regarding employee benefits, vacation and work-from home policies, diversity and fun activities, wellness initiatives and workplace policies. The results of the survey were analyzed to produce a list of 45 outstanding companies from the greater Fort Worth region.
During the awards ceremony on Thursday, Varghese Sommersett was praised for hosting an annual pickleball tourney, offering a quarterly meeting where employees can earn cash bonuses or get time off, and for holding a quarterly bookclub.
