Ryan S. Kasdin is a tax-exempt organization advisor based in Los Angeles. He advises on corporate, tax and governance issues, political activities, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions.
Sharoni Finkelstein is the West Coast lead for Venable’s brand protection. She is based out of Venable’s Los Angeles office. Sharoni Finkelstein’s practice is focused on global brand enforcement and protection, advising clients on how they can secure, protect and police their trademark rights.
Amit Rana is a San Francisco-based litigator. He represents businesses and entrepreneurs against class action lawsuits and in commercial disputes.
