Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised PSG, in partnership with Golub Capital and other investors, on their $800 million investment in LogicMonitor, a top SaaS-based hybrid observability platform. This investment increases LogicMonitor’s total valuation to around $2.4 billion, including debt.
