LOUISVILLE (KY)–The International Association of Defense Counsel has named Stites & Harbison attorney Whitney Frazier Watt to chair its Product Liability Committee. She will serve for a term of two years.
Watt is a Partner (Member) at Stites & Harbison, based in Louisville. She has a broad litigation practice, which includes product liability, toxic tort, mass action, contract disputes tortious interference litigation coverage disputes and wrongful deaths cases.
